About Safe Food California

Safe Food California (SFC) has been structured to emphasize an educational platform, industry training, and professional, business-to-business networking. Through these areas of focus SFC strives to provide a venue for our diverse industry to gather, exchange ideas, and learn about the current trends in the industry’s food safety and quality practices. From growers to processors to distributors — SFC offers something for everyone.


Safe Food California 2017 will take place at the Hyatt Regency Monterey.

About Safe Food Alliance

Safe Food Alliance is a technical service organization focused on addressing the needs of the food industry with a special emphasis on California’s specialty crops. With rapidly growing expectations from regulators, consumers, and retail outlets, companies must be more proactive in their approach to food safety and quality practices. Safe Food Alliance offers technical services to packers, processors and food manufacturers to aid in their efforts to maintain the highest standards in food safety and quality. Our services include food safety GMP audits, food safety training and consulting, and analytical services by our ISO 17025 accredited laboratories.
